we wanted to share a few tips and tools that you may find helpful in your studies and your daily life.
Whenever possible, we have linked to apps, tools, and tricks that are backed by research.
All other tips and tools will be attributed to the source.

- Have a reward system
- Know yourself
- Make friends in each of my classes that I could work with and bounce ideas off of
- Sit in the front of a classroom (unless you struggle with social anxiety)
- Go to office hours
- Make use of campus resources
- Not allow fear to keep me from asking questions
